The short version. We use the address you type to draw your site plan. Your plan is made in your own browser. We don't sell your information. We measure how people use the site so we can make it easier.
The address you type
To find your property, the tool sends the address or map location to these services:
- Esri (ArcGIS) to look up the address, and public county map servers for the lot lines.
- OpenStreetMap services (Nominatim and Overpass) for buildings and streets.
- Mapbox and Esri for the aerial photos.
The page also loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from unpkg.
Your plan and the details in step 3
The drawing, owner name, phone, email and notes stay in your browser while you work. When you go to checkout, the plan is saved in your browser's storage so we can hand you the PDF after payment. We don't keep a copy of your plan on our servers.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe tells us your name, email, the amount paid and an order reference.
Measuring visits
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits. It uses no cookies.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) so we can find confusing parts. What you type and your address are hidden from these recordings. Clarity uses cookies. See the Microsoft privacy statement.
- Ads. When we run ads on Google or Facebook/Instagram, their measurement tags (the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel) tell us which ads lead to a visit or a purchase. They may use cookies.
- We note which ad or website brought you here (for example "Google ad"). We add it to your order reference so we know which ads work.
Clarity and the ad tags are not loaded for visitors whose device is set to a European time zone.
Your choices
- Turn off visit measurement in this browser. Cloudflare's cookie-free page count still runs.
- Ad blockers and your browser's privacy settings also block these tools.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services named on this page, so the site can work.
